I never though I would write about this but it’s so cool and so important I thought I would put it on my blog!
First of all, I have been a chunky monkey for about 10 years now. I have tried every diet known to man and it seemed like nothing worked! So I have been yoyo dieting for the past 10 years!

I was always pretty thin until I had my last child. After he was born, I couldn’t get the extra weight off!
I tried and tried and did this diet and that diet to lose a few pounds. After my other children were born, losing the weight wasn’t that hard, but with my son….diets just didn’t work!

I thought maybe my metabolism had just quit! I even went so far as to excercise!! UGH! Me? Exercise?? HAH! Nothing! No weight lost and no muscles formed!! =(

I thought I am just going to try to be fat and happy!

When I would go out clothes shopping, I could fake the happy, but all the cute, stylish clothes were in the normal, everyday sizes, not the plus sizes, and I wasn’t real happy about that =( I want to wear cute clothes just like the next gal!! ANd I would get so tired! Now y’all know I have 5 kids (and a g-baby) TIRED does NOT work for me!!

I thought I was destined to be a big mama for the rest of my life! I tried Jenny, Suzanne, Atkins, some diet I had to get shots, just to name a few. Oh Lord, I wanted to be my skinny self again!

So my sis told me about this diet that had been around a while, but this time it was different and was working for her. I just figured it was the same-o same-o just another stinkin diet and why try if all others failed?
I secretly went on the website and thought, OK I will try this and let her know how my metabolism has completely died and won’t work for me, but to make her happy that I was trying, I was gonna do it.
I tried it. And I lost a pound and then another and then another and WOAH! 25 pounds in 6 weeks! How cool is that??
I couldn’t believe it! YAY ME! I finally found something that works!!

If y’all want to know how I did this…here it is.

I am going to start again next week and lose another 25 pounds.  Then y’all will have to tie me down so I won’t blow away!!
If you are struggling with your weight, y’all really just need to look at it! In my heart I knew I was destined to be a big girl, but after this protocol, I am Skinny Minnie!! YAY!!

And the coolest thing about it….it has been 2 months and I haven’t even gained a pound!! And believe me… I eat!! YAY! I feel  like I have got my life back!

Do your images on your blog sometime run into the text? Like this?

Well, look what I learned! Put a border around it! And it’s so EASY!! YAY!

Here ya go.  Some little step-by-step info! ( I should probably video this, but I am not there quite yet!!)

First of all, when you upload a picture and then it shows up on the Edit Post page Click on the picture to edit

Go to the Advanced Settings tab

Where it says image properties, put a 10 (as in 10 pixels) in each of the 3 boxes.

Now if your image is light, you can change the color to white or if the image is darker and you might want a black border, so you can just leave it like it is! Or test it out with other colors. I have tried using gray, red, blue and so on. I just put a color in there to see what it looks like.

You want to make sure you update!!

Here is the blog post with the border so the text doesn’t run into the image. Cool.

I am learning so much as I go through my blogging adventures!  I am no kind of web techie, but there are so many little tweaks to truly make your blog your own! It’s kinds fun learning new things!

After all this Baby excitement, I finally got a second to sit down! =) This little guy is awesome! Such a great baby and Mama is doing wonderful!!

We had our very first Masterclass webinar Sunday and you know what?? John Thornhill is very cool! A regular guy! He had Dave Nicholson and Paula Brett with him to help out in case he needed it. Dave is such a great guy! And Paula…she’s the BEST!! She is our support desk and I ask all kinds of questions and girlfriend knows what’s she is doing!! And so gracious and patient! Thank you Paula!

We talked about where the class is headed and some SEO stuff and Dave Nicolson’s Total Web Traffic. That Dave…he has a ton of cool stuff! And he’s always thinking of us baby marketers! I know…I went through his link and got all his bonuses! That’s a series of blog posts in itself!!

All three of them are very smart when it comes to marketing, traffic and building blogs! I am so lucky to be in this class!

This week I am going to go through all the info that Dave has so generously given us in his Total Web Traffic and see how to get traffic to my blog and my sites. This should be cool! The site has TONS of info!

We also got a Widlink Widget. You can see it over to the right. It says Masterclass Blogs on it. It’s very cool, it changes every time you refresh the page so if you want to go blog hopping, you get fresh blogs every time! Cool.

Speaking of blogs, I have been checking out the blogs on the Masterclass Blogs List and there are some pretty cool people in this class with me! Their blogs are about a ton of different stuff! Weight loss, Positive thinking, Internet Marketing, Guitar lessons, Ebay…all kinds of cool stuff! FUN!

I am going to be real happy to finally meet them in the Masterclass forum!! Can’t wait for that! I hear that forum ROCKS!!
