Do you need to lose weight? Maybe you are a Little Fatty Mc FatFat? Or just a Chunky Monkey?? Maybe you even decided to lose weight and go to those weekly consultations ? Do you get there, weigh in and they tell you “Yippee! you’ve lost .2 pounds?”  How does that REALLY make you feel?   .2 pounds…in a week?? Hate to say it but….I lose that in a day! In fact I lose more than that in a day! YAY!! AND I am NOT HUNGRY!

Let me get his out of the way first. I am NOT a doctor, diet master, guru, fitness gal or anything like that. I am just a hungry gal who wants and needs to lose a few pounds. OK, OK more than a few, but be nice!!

I started another round on my weight loss protocol about 3 weeks ago and have managed to lose another 15 pounds(and counting!) How’s that for cool? (I actually didn’t realize I was so FAT!) I don’t exercise, I have a full time job sitting in front of a computer and come home to kids I need to cook and care for and then back to the computer, so my life is not a series of treadmills and stairmasters! In fact, the only exercise I get is walking to my car at lunch time to go EAT! And I lose from a half pound to a pound a day. Cool.

Like I said in another post,  I have been a chunk for a few years now and nothing worked! This Diet Works! I just do what I am told and I am losing weight! And we’re talking nasty fat… not muscles!

Cool thing is if you decide to lose weight with this diet, there is a forum where you can talk to other folks who are in the same boat as you are! Other folks who are sick and tired of being fat!

If you are serious about losing weight, you should at least LOOK at this Diet Protocol. If you are overweight, you need to get serious about losing it!

We are a generation of FAT PEOPLE and it doesn’t have to be that way! YAY!
